The Post Type Everyone Hates… Is Secretly the One Making All the Money 🤯

(The page mentioned below has 25K followers and is in the fandom niche)

The surprising fact is that our link posts on Facebook actually earn far more money with CM (Content Monetization) than our no-link posts; even though our posting ratio between link:no-link is 50:50 for this page.

As you can see below, out of our 7 top-CM-earning posts, only one is a no-link post, the other 6 are all link posts (with links in the comments).

This confirms my feeling that the number of likes (the thing everyone sees on the surface) doesn’t really reflect how much a post can earn with CM. The REAL engagement aka interactions, opening “Read more,” reading & writing comments, clicking links in the comments,… is what actually counts for CM earnings and how far the FB algo will push your posts.

Don’t underestimate your FB link posts. Make sure they’re good enough (or the best you can make them), because they might reward you big time.

What I actually use

How I schedule and analyze our Facebook posts

I used to pay for two tools: one to schedule posts and another to see what actually worked. It was expensive, messy, and neither was really built for Facebook pages. So I built my tool that does both, properly, in one place: Insight Hive.
